18 years… and counting

Tomorrow is gonna be 18 years since we’ve been together, and we’ve been through thick and thin. All I can say is that I couldn’t be more proud.
Thank you for making my life worthwhile, seeing you helps me put things in perspective and realize what is the only thing that matters, and absolutely nothing else counts.

Guitar Hero World Tour

Yesterday I felt like being Santa Claus, couldn’t wait ’till the 24th.
I just love video games, though I’m no expert, but the guitar hero series has got to be my favorite, right next to Need for Speed.
Thing is, yesterday “Santa” bought Guitar Hero World Tour which we sooo much enjoyed. I decided I wanted to be vocals and, man! was it ever hard (see, I’m not a singer) but just watching my 5-year old play a mean bass and my 11-year old handling the guitar at expert level without a sweat made everybody not pay attention to my “singing”.
I just can’t wait ’till they unlock the rest of the songs, I’m really curious to see Sting and give it a shot at Pat Benatar’s “Heartbreaker” , and Foo Fighters, obviously!
I wasn’t sure about buying it at first because I had heard mainly negative comments about it, people saying it was too complicated to follow the vocals and the drums were too difficult. After having actually played it, I can say that is not the case. See, that’s what its about…getting the hang of each instrument. If a 5-year old could play the drums…
It had been a while since I had so much fun playing a video game, and its great that you don’t have to wait for your turn. All of us playing at the same time was more fun.
So, now you know what to get your kids (or yourself) for Christmas!

Acabo de escuchar esta rola y me gustó muchísimo. Me gusta mucho Puddle of Mud.
También estoy escuchando 3 Doors Down que también es uno de los grupos que más me gustan y la rola de Its not my time ¡me mata!
